A: If you cancel your order before it’s been shipped, any redeemed Confetti Points will be credited back to your account.
Please note: Points earned from this order will be forfeited, but the points you used will be returned to your balance.
Q: What happens if I cancel my order after it has already been shipped?
A: In this case, Confetti Points cannot be refunded. Points can only be credited back if the cancellation happens before shipping.
Q: How long does it take for the refunded points to appear in my account?
A: Refunded points usually appear in your account within 1–2 business days after the cancellation.
In some cases, it might take a bit longer. If the points are still missing after 14 days, please reach out to our Customer Service.
